5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.

  • If an item arrives defective (not caused by shipping damage), customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product, providing photographic evidence. Refunds or exchanges will be processed at our discretion after reviewing the claim.

  • Smoothy Games Store is not responsible for items damaged during shipping. Any replacements for shipping-related damage will be at our sole discretion. Customers should contact Australia Post directly to file a claim for compensation regarding shipping-related damages.

  • In cases where a product is significantly damaged in transit or not as described, we will assess claims in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
